Celebrating 30 years of the Annual Transactions of the Nordic Rheology Society: Part 2
The 30th Volume of the Annual Transactions of the Nordic Rheology Society (ATNRS) will be published in conjunction with the Nordic Rheology Conference 2022. To celebrate this anniversary, we are highlighting some notable papers published in the ATNRS over the years.

Many rheologists are familiar with the groundbreaking Journal of Rheology paper that describes new measures for characterizing large-amplitude oscillatory shear (LAOS) rheology: Ewoldt et al. (2008) J. Rheol., 52(6), 1427-1458. It is however notable that the main findings of this paper were published in the ATNRS already in 2007 when Prof. Gareth McKinley from MIT delivered a plenary lecture on this topic at the NRC 2007 in Stavanger, Norway. It is also worth noting that this work originated from the Ph.D. research of Prof. Randy Ewoldt who served as a plenary speaker at the NRC 2018 in Trondheim, Norway.
