  HIGHLIGHTS

The joint conference of the Nordic Rheology Society and the German Rheology Society took place in Berlin, Germany
For the first time ever, the Nordic Rheology Conference was held outside the Nordic countries. This was due to joining forces with the Deutsche Rheologische Gesellschaft (DRG), which resulted in a joint conference of our two societies in Berlin, Germany!

Around 100 delegates from academia, industry and governmental institutions joined conference and its inspiring talks, interactive poster session and exhibition.

Highlights were without a doubt the keynote lecture by Maria Charalambides on enabling tools for design of better, healthier and tastier food products, as well as the two NRS award lectures presented by Mats Stading and Julie Frost Dahl. Not to forgot the Industry-Academia Workshop.
